  I say Missy should get beat just like the rest of this family for allowing such horrible things to happen to poor little Jesse. Obviously, there was some history of abuse and all of these children should be taken away from this “mother” because she is either completely ignorant or a horrible person.

  Totally agree, Shawna K. How ready were these people to take on the responsibility of being a pet owner if they participated in the Frosty the dog lottery, but left other dogs behind at the kennel without a home simply because those dogs didn’t make the news. These “lottery” participants are pathetic.
